Eric Y. Redman
Eric Y. Redman– Executive Vice President-Director of Human Resources-Mr. Redman has over 30 years of HR manager and director experience. I held positions both domestic and international of increasing responsibility, with Kaiser Aluminum, Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation and Schlumberger LTD. With Schlumberger he was responsible for the full scope of the job, Hiring, management structure, compensation, benefits and as part of the management team strategic business planning. He was responsible for locations in North America, England, France, Germany, and Puerto Rico. he was also assigned to several acquisition teams during my time with Schlumberger, the largest being the international software company, GeoQuest. he handled the complete due diligence for the HR area including, review of the management structure, assessment of benefits, compensation, and the current personnel. One thing he learned was that Schlumberger’s de-centralized management philosophy made it easier to present to companies being merged or acquired. It also allowed the flexibility to manage companies with different business styles and cultures. This could be an advantage to this company as it is being built. he retired from Schlumberger and he has done HR and business structure development for small companies like law firms. He has also done independent insurance adjusting for major disasters like, Katrina, Ike and Harvey.
